In this experiential session, we'll explore how meditation can quiet external noise, reconnect you with your authentic self, and support a deeper sense of balance and wellbeing. You'll also leave with a simple practical tool—and a subtle mindset shift—you can begin applying immediately.
This May 20th event coincides with the upcoming release of my debut book, "Building a Life: A Journey into Authenticity and Holistic Transformation" (out late May) and offers an early introduction to the ideas I share there.
