A reflection on authenticity—and a new chapter I’m excited to share.
Happy 2026! I’m grateful for the opportunity to support your mental, physical, and/or spiritual evolution in 2025. It is a privilege I never take lightly.
In numerology, numbers carry energetic vibrations, and 2025 was a 9 Universal Year—a time of completion, release, and transformation. Many of us were asked to reflect deeply, let go of what no longer serves us, and clear emotional and energetic weight. While meaningful, this process is often messy and uncomfortable.
You may have been called to reassess relationships, career paths, personal patterns, or even where you live. Perhaps there was a pull toward greater emotional honesty or a surrender to what is beyond your control. These themes were central to my own year, and I suspect they may have touched yours as well.
Because of this clearing, we are now prepared for 2026, a 1 Universal Year—the energy of a completely new cycle that will support renewal, reinvention, self-definition, and forward movement. Something within you may already be shifting, even if you don’t yet recognize it.
Last year may have prompted deep questions: What makes my life meaningful? Why do I limit the time I spend enjoying what genuinely lights me up? Those of you who have worked with me know my belief—a pull towards something or someone is not random. It is your soul speaking, asking you to respond.
As we step into the energy of the 1, 2026 supports your evolution. It invites you to ask: What will I build? Who am I, really? How do I want to live? Am I ready to claim responsibility for creating my circumstances? And then—to act on your answers to these questions.
Our time on the planet is finite, and living in alignment asks for courage—and radical authenticity.
Many of us believe we are living authentically, yet authenticity is not static; it requires ongoing self-inquiry. As we evolve, misalignment naturally develops and we are given a choice: ignore the call or make some adjustments to the way we are living. Research increasingly shows that authenticity is the foundation of meaning, purpose, and fulfillment. Yet, we are uniquely skilled at abandoning our inner knowing to fit in. Reclaiming authenticity is not easy, but it is essential.
In the coming months, my book, Building a Life: How to Live with Authenticity in a World That Distracts You, will be published. It is an invitation to choose yourself—to listen more closely to your inner voice, honor what is calling you, and live in alignment with what matters most. I hope you will enjoy it.
I look forward to continuing to co-create a life that reflects who you truly are—and what will truly feed your soul—in this new year.
